Club Benefits:
The Nashville Striders running club is a non-profit organization whose mission is to promote running, walking, and general fitness as lifelong endeavors. When you join the Striders, you become part of the largest and oldest running club in Middle Tennessee. To help you achieve your fitness goals, whether those goals are primarily social or competitive, the Nashville Striders sponsor a broad range of events including weekly fun runs and fitness walks, road races, trail races, and track events. Your membership puts you in the fellowship of others with common fitness objectives to yours and helps to ensure the continuation of club-sponsored activities throughout Middle Tennessee.
- Bi-monthly issues of our world-class Funrunner newsletter, packed with Middle Tennessee race information, race photos, race results, and various articles related to running, walking, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle
- Organized fun runs, training runs, and fitness walks
