Marathon and Half Marathon

Long Run Training Series

The marathon is not really about the marathon; it's about the shared struggle.
And it's not only the marathon, but the training.

- Bill Buffum

The training runs described below have options for half marathon training with about 50% of the marathon training distance. All runners of all experience levels and speed are welcome.
