Leave from Wave Country. Run to Percy Priest Dam and back to Wave Country. Then run over the Cumberland River into Shelby Bottoms, run the keyhole loop and return to Wave Country.

These long runs target the Chicago Marathon weekend for a 3-week taper. The Nashville Striders will host one more long run in October. The date for this will be determined in the near future.
